What is read: the repositories you granted, public and private — their languages, whether they have tests and CI, the commit history, and how much of the code is yours rather than a framework's or a colleague's. What is never published: your code, and the name or address of any private repository. A private repo raises the skill level it demonstrates and appears as “found in a private repository” — never as a link, because a reader cannot open it and evidence a stranger cannot check is not evidence. Nothing is written to your GitHub account. To undo it: GitHub → Settings → Applications → Installed GitHub Apps → Uninstall. Scores already computed stay on your record; nothing further is read.
Read as your own account, like your résumé: the projects, technologies, education and credentials each page states are added to the record, verbatim and nothing invented, and each addition says which page it came from. Work history is never taken from a page; your résumé is the record of that. A LinkedIn URL is never fetched; use the archive above.
